Is life coaching for me?
Coaching is about improving performance and enabling change. In coaching we dont give you advice (consultation), teach you new skills (instruction) or 'fix you' (therapy). If you feel that you need any of these, you are best to seek those professionals who offer these services.
Life coaching is about taking what you already have and making it better - it is about development and betterment. We believe you already have all the resources you need to make these changes, or if you dont that you can find them. We assist you in discovering them.
How many coaching sessions will I need?
That all depends on how much change you want and are ready for in your life. Our aproach to life coaching develops resourcefulness, so if we do our job right, you won't need much. We know that this isn't great in terms of a business model, but it is great for you! So when you are ready for some different results in your life, get in touch.
